  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Products purchased on sale or discount


💸 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank transfer (if applicable)

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable


🔄 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear evidence (images/videos)

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the cost
